Terms of Service

By booking a cab or using any service of JaryalTravels, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

JaryalTravels provides the following services:

• Point-to-point cab bookings (one way and round trip)
• Airport transfers to/from Gaggal (Kangra) Airport
• Outstation trips with All India Tourist Permit
• Group travel via Tempo Traveller
• Tour packages across Himachal Pradesh and beyond

• Bookings can be made via our website form, WhatsApp, or phone call.
• A booking is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation message from us with driver details.
• We reserve the right to decline a booking at our discretion.
• Booking details (pickup, drop, date, time, vehicle) must be accurate. We are not responsible for errors due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

• All fares are fixed and agreed upon at the time of booking.
• No hidden charges — the quoted price is the final price unless the trip route changes.
• Payment is made directly to the driver at the end of the trip (cash or UPI).
• Toll charges, parking fees, and hill permits (if applicable) are charged separately.
• Waiting charges may apply if the driver waits beyond 30 minutes at pickup.

• Free cancellation — up to 1 hour before the scheduled pickup time.
• Cancellations within 1 hour of pickup may incur a cancellation fee of up to 20% of the fare.
• No-shows (customer not present at pickup) will be charged 50% of the fare.

• All drivers are verified, licensed, and experienced in hill driving.
• Vehicles are well-maintained, AC-equipped, and insured.
• We hold an All India Tourist Permit for interstate travel.
• We reserve the right to substitute a vehicle of equivalent or higher category if required.

• Passengers must be ready at the agreed pickup location and time.
• Passengers must not carry prohibited or illegal items.
• Smoking, alcohol consumption, and any form of misconduct in the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
• Any damage caused to the vehicle by the passenger will be charged accordingly.
• Maximum passenger capacity as per vehicle type must not be exceeded.

JaryalTravels is not liable for delays caused by:

• Traffic, road closures, or natural calamities
• Government-imposed restrictions or curfews
• Extreme weather conditions in hill areas
• Mechanical breakdown (we will arrange an alternative vehicle as soon as possible)

JaryalTravels' liability in any claim arising from our services is limited to the fare paid for that specific trip. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages of any kind.

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kangra, Himachal Pradesh.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
